SESSIONS
These are usually in blocks of 6, 9 and 12, weekly. Each session lasts one hour.
Initial session.
This is often completed face to face either at the above address or at a mutually convenient venue. A short questionnaire is completed through which basic information is shared with the sole purpose of supporting the coaching process. Existing goals and areas of concern are also discussed and an agreement is made.
Session Two
This can take place face-to-face, on the phone or via Skype. We build on the initial session and continue to explore areas of current concern, and identify what's really important for each person. Realistic long term and first step goals and actions are identified and committed to. The idea is to begin to move forward as quickly as possible, in the best possible way for each person.
Sessions Three, Four and Five
Progress and successes are reviewed and built on. Each person sets new specific and realistic goals and actions. We celebrate achievements, negotiate barriers, identify learning points and strengthen skills.
Session Six
Overall progress and achievements are reviewed. Goals and current needs are reviewed and revised.
That's all there is to it!
It makes all the difference to have someone working through issues alongside us, someone who really believes in our ability to achieve.
