o Feelings and control,
o Behaviour and skills.

Feedback examples:

'This course showed me that it's not the anger that's bad it's what we do with it'.

'I had no idea where my sudden outbursts came from until I started this course. I just used to see red and lashed out. It always seemed like the only thing to do. I thought I got respect for being strong and sticking up for what I believed in. Now I've got more tools to deal with stuff that fire me up people like me more. Now I can stand back for long enough to think more clearly.'

'Deep down I was really angry at myself. Since I took the initiative to do something about my aggression I feel so much more in control of everything.'

'It's so easy to get stuck in habits but I didn't realise I was stuck until I got into trouble with the police. I had to do something to stop everything getting out of hand. I told myself "I'm a grown-up now so take control'. This coaching thing really helped me believe I could learn new ways of doing things and I am. I reckon it saved my marriage'.
